For the past 10 years C & A Cox have been providing a range of civil construction services to Fulton Hogan Land Development around Christchurch. This started as a drainage contractor at Stage 6 Knights Stream Park (KSP) in Halswell in 2014. We were so impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work and knowledge of the other aspects of completing subdivision works we asked C & A Cox to take on the role of lead contractor for all works. They took on this challenge the following year with Stage 7KSP and it turned out to be so successful that we have employed them in this role ever since moving from Halswell to our Lincoln development (Rosemerryn) once Halswell was completed. C & A Cox have now been at our Rosemerryn subdivision for the past seven years and have completed every stage to a high standard.
